All ATI Tool Changers feature their patented Fail-Safe Locking Mechanism and No-Touch Locking™ technology. ATI Tool Changers can be configured with add-on Utility Modules to pass almost any type of utility such as pneumatics, electrical signals, fluids, and more.

Compliant Deburring Blade (CDB): The durable interface accommodates a variety of readily available blades and media used with hand deburring tools. The pneumatically-controlled, articulated design gives users the ability to tune the contact force to accommodate specific applications by changing the air pressure.

Like all of ATI’s Force/Torque Sensors, the Axia80 measures all six components of force and torque. The Axia80 is ideal for robotic assembly, grinding, and polishing applications.
