We train students for high tech careers in Automation with our Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Electromechanical Maintenance Technician programs. The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician technical diploma from Gateway prepares students for in-demand careers in robotics and machine repair. Our students work with the latest industry-standard tools and equipment, from hydraulics and pneumatics to programmable logic controls and industrial electrical circuits. They build and troubleshoot high-tech robotics and automated manufacturing systems in state-of-the-art labs. Our Advanced Manufacturing Technology Associate degree teaches students how to work with Smart technology, including robotics and automation, to improve efficiency in manufacturing. This program is hands-on with tools and equipment used in the field as students learn to operate, troubleshoot and interface with robotics, computer networks and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Students earn a certificate in Fanuc Robotics Programming in both programs.
