mk North America to Exhibit at Automate 2023

mk North America is pleased to be returning to Automate. Located at booth #2207, it will showcase three of its flagship conveyor lines: VersaMove, VersaFlex, and the SPU 2040. Additionally, mk will have a wide array of standard conveyor models as well, and new this year, mk’s display will include its line of linear motion modules as well as profiles and components.

VersaMove is a pallet-handling conveyor system used primarily in assembly and across a large swath of varying industries. This year’s VersaMove show unit features battery modules being assembled.

VersaFlex is a flexible flat top-chain conveyor designed for moving parts and pallets in three-dimensional space. This year’s VersaFlex show unit features an alpine conveyor and a wedge conveyor for carrying empty battery cells. This unit also sits on a base constructed out of mk closed-sided aluminum extrusion, which is commonly used in the medical material handling and laboratory industries.

The SPU 2040 conveyor system is a unique over-under pallet recirculating system. This conveyor, with a single motor, replaces the traditional over-under pallet system, which normally includes four motors and two linear actuators. The SPU 2040 is a space-saving, budget-friendly alternative to traditional over-under pallet-handling conveyors.

The more traditional conveyors on display in mk’s booth include belt conveyors, timing belt conveyors, roller conveyors, plastic modular conveyors, and chain conveyors. Also on hand are mk’s linear motion modules for automatic or manual use. Come and see the different types of t-slot aluminum framing that mk is offering, as well as guarding and workstation options.
