ZELL System Inc. is the North American division of Germany's ZELL Group, supplying modular precision part trays built for production, intralogistics, and automated handling. Backed by decades of German manufacturing expertise and a local presence in Chicago, IL, and Detroit, MI, we help U.S. manufacturers such as Bosch, WIKA, TESLA, move, protect, and position precision parts more reliably.

What we build Our ZELL® Carrier, ZELL® Factory, ZELL® BOX, and ZELL® Stainless steel systems give parts a defined, repeatable position throughout cleaning, transport, and storage. That defined position is what makes automation work: when a part sits in a known location, robots and pick-and-place cells can grip it consistently, cycle after cycle. For complex geometries, we design custom clips and part nests so that even irregular components are held securely and presented accurately to automated equipment. ESD-safe options are available for electronic assemblies.
