Annemarie Große Frie studied Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge (USA), followed by a master's degree in Political Science at the University of Oxford (UK).
She initially worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich.
In January 2013, she joined Siemens AG, beginning in the Corporate Sustainability Office before moving into corporate strategy, where she took on a team leadership role. Since 2020, she has been responsible for central research and pre-development at the corporate level, focusing on key technologies such as power electronics, digital energy systems, and additive manufacturing.
In October 2023, she became Senior Vice President for Factory Automation within Digital Industries. Together with her team, Annemarie shapes fundamental aspects of factory automation as part of the future of industrial operations.

Crystal Parrott
President of Global Robotics and Automation
UPS
Crystal Parrott is President of Global Robotics, Automation, and Plant Floor Technology at UPS, where she leads the enterprise strategy and execution of advanced automation, robotics, operational technology, and supporting software platforms across the company’s global logistics network. She is responsible for scaling intelligent automation to enhance operational resilience, improve service reliability, and enable UPS to dynamically respond to evolving customer demand. She brings more than 30 years of experience in robotics and advanced automation, with executive leadership roles at Mujin, Plus One Robotics, Dematic, and Southwest Research Institute. Her work focuses on translating emerging technologies into real-world operational impact. Crystal holds degrees in electrical engineering (BS) and technology management (MS) and is a recognized industry speaker on scaling automation and modernizing operations and serves on the Board of Governors for MHI.
