Theia Technologies delivers high-performance precision optics to meet the exacting requirements of machine vision, automation, robotics, ITS, and other industrial imaging applications. In 2024, Theia released their IQ Lens™ System which was honored with Endeavor Media's EDGE Award, and Security Today's New Product of the Year award. The intelligent system brings together a motorized lens, motor control board, calibration data, software SDK and GUI to form a modular, highly configurable system. Theia’s patented Linear Optical Technology® lenses provide an ultra-wide field of view without barrel distortion, correcting distortion optically, without the use of software. These ultra wide no distortion lenses capture wide angles at close distances, ideal for situational awareness and navigation applications. We have 4 families of lenses using this technology from 1/1.8” and smaller, 200+ lp/mm resolution and excellent NIR correction, in a variety of irises and mounts Theia’s award-winning family of 4K motorized lenses covers 4-10mm, 9-36mm, and 12-50mm focal ranges for up to 1/1.7” format, 300lp/mm resolution with minimal focus shift in NIR for multi-spectral imaging. Offered with motorized zoom, focus, and IR cut filter with photo-interrupter motor stops. These lenses are also offered in non-motorized CS and C mount versions. We also offer a motor control board for those lenses which could help speed development and integration. For use in automation, robotics, and for remote operation of unmanned vehicles. Theia’s compact, multi-megapixel telephoto lenses are selected by companies worldwide for ANPR, LPR and ITS applications to provide high image detail in visible and NIR light. Offered in 12-50mm, 9-36mm and 9-40mm, 300lp/mm resolution, for up to 1/1.7" sensors or 1/2.3" imagers or smaller. IR corrected from 435-940nm, CS, and D25 board mounts, depending on models.
