Delta Motion’s RMC Motion Controllers handle systems with up to 50 axes of motion. With built-in Ethernet and many supported industrial communications protocols, connectivity to nearly any PLC or HMI is possible.

Delta's RMCTools easy-to-use software simplifies setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Our RMC Motion Controllers are highly configurable to meet the needs of virtually any system or application, with a variety of I/O modules that support a broad range of transducers and actuators. RMCs are designed to optimize challenging applications with an analog resolution of up to 18 bits for both inputs and outputs and control loop times down to 125 µsec.

The RMC family of motion controllers is programmed via the same powerful RMCTools software package. RMCTools is used to set up, tune, troubleshoot, program, and control all features of Delta's motion controllers. It is a development environment that allows for plotting, logging, and programming, providing an immediate overview and easy access to all aspects of your motion application. Our software is completely free and available for download on our website.
