Lake Superior State University

Lake Superior State University is one of few universities in the USA that offers BS degrees in Robotics Engineering and Mechatronics with a concentration in industrial robotics. Programs in Mechanical, Computer, and Electrical Engineering also offer specialization in robotics. Training is provided in industrial, mobile and collaborative robots, machine vision, PLCs, simulation, and systems integration in a multi-million dollar robotics lab. Graduates have nearly 100% placement in robotics and systems integration companies. For over 35 years, LSSU holds a special niche in the nation preparing robotics professionals for the automation industry. LSSU is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Sault Sainte Marie.
