VISA Invitation Letter Requirements
All international visitors are strongly encouraged to check with their local U.S. consulate or embassy well in advance of the Automate show to understand current visa and entry requirements.
To receive a visa invitation letter from the Assocation for Advancing Automation (A3) , you must meet at least two of the following requirements:
- You are a confirmed participant in an official conference session (e.g., moderator, panelist, presenter, or speaker).
- You are a registered attendee and have paid the full conference registration fee.
- Note: If your visa application is denied, your registration fee will be refunded (a cancellation fee may apply).
- You are a dues-paying member of A3 (the show organizer) with current membership status.
- You are a representative of an official exhibiting company. Be sure to include your exhibiting company's name in your request.
- You upload a formal business letter addressed to A3, meeting all of the following criteria:
- Originates from your employer or university.
- Written on official letterhead.
- References the Automate Show as the purpose of your visit.
- Clearly outlines the nature of business and duration of your stay in the U.S.
- Includes a statement of financial responsibility from the organization for all your travel expenses.
- Signed by an authorized representative (other than yourself).
- Contains the full name, address, phone number, and email of the authorized signatory.
Important: Your request must come from a company or university email address. Requests from personal email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, QQ Mail (from Tencent), NetEase Mail) will not be accepted.
Visa invitation letters are issued to individuals who plan to attend the event. To expedite your request, please complete the form in full and click "Submit" at the bottom.
