We are a University research Center that specializes in advanced manufacturing R&D with an emphasis on automation and industrial robotics. We are faculty, research staff, graduate and undergraduate students working to develop leading edge automated processes and systems aimed at improving productivity, reducing risk, developing new manufacturing processes and demonstrating solutions in the laboratory, but using near real-world conditions. Our goal is to demonstrate innovations that can be applied to real-world manufacturing problems, while supplementing the strong analytical training that they receive in the classroom.
