Established in 1950, Pacific Electric Wire & Cable Co., LTD. (PEWC) is Taiwan's first electric power cable company that has long participated in building the power line / High-speed Rail/MRT infrastructure of Taiwan. PEWC has two plants in Taiwan with a total area of approximately 480,000 square meters with primary manufacture power cable, enamelled wire, electric wire, communication cable, fiber optics cable, and other chemical materials used for cables. Other than the wire & cable business, PEWC's Power System Business Group offers wireless charging solutions, hairpin motors, and high voltage wire harnesses in industrial AMR/service robot wireless charging & EV applications.
