NSK America and Jaeger Spindles offer High-Speed electric and pneumatic spindles and motors for Micro and Nano machining applications. Our motors and spindles adapt to turning, machining, grinding, Swiss style machines and automation. All of our spindles offer an accuracy of < 1 micron T.I.R with speeds up to 160K RPM and 90HP. A new Fully Tool Changeable Electric System is now available for machining centers. Also offered are ergonomic high speed micro grinder systems with speeds of up to 320,000 rpm. The UltraSonic Sheenus Zero for polishing & Sonic Zero System for cutting are also featured.
