Monk is an AI-driven accounts receivable automation platform built for B2B companies. It automates the collections process - chasing invoices, following up with customers, and managing payment workflows - so finance teams don't have to do it manually. The core product deploys AI agents that handle outbound collections communications, track payment patterns, and surface insights on which customers pay late and how AR performance is trending over time. The goal is to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow without adding headcount.
