ALWA smartPINS is a custom manufacturer of stainless steel and Nylon-6 workpiece carriers designed to protect delicate components throughout every stage of processing. Our highly specialized, modular carrier systems precisely orient and secure parts, ensuring safe handling, transport, and storage.

With a growing selection of more than 1,200 unique pin designs, components are held securely in place on stainless steel or plastic trays that can be stacked for efficient handling, shipping, and storage. Pins are selected and mounted to meet exact component and process requirements.

Our experienced design team provides front-end consulting, working closely with customers to develop the optimal carrier system based on the component and its manufacturing stages. Trays can be customized to virtually any size and enhanced with options such as RFID chip integration, laser marking, and other value-added features.
