Strain Wave Gearing (FS Series and FH Series)

The FS and FH series strain wave gearing are composed of three fundamental components-the flexspline, circular spline, and wave generator together with an integrated cross roller bearing that provides an rigidity, compact structure, and excellent load-bearing performance.

Three featured series.

The High-Torque G Series (models FSG and FHG) offers a 30% increase in torque capacity and a 43% longer service life compared to the standard FH/FS series, with reduction ratios from 50 to 160. Model FSG covers sizes 14-50, and model FHG covers sizes 14-58.

The Lightweight N Series (models FSN and FHNG) uses a special steel-aluminum composite, achieving over 20% weight reduction compared to standard series, with reduction ratios from 50 to 160. Model FSN is available in size 3-40, and model FHNG in size 14-45.

The Ultra-Short D Series (models FHD-I and FHD-III) features a thin-wall structure, reducing axial length by 50% for FHD-I and 15% for FHD-III compared to standard versions, with reduction ratios from 50 to 100 and models covering sizes 14-32.

Joint Module (L series and M series)

In addition to strain wave gears, Laifual Drive also provides joint modules, which integrate key components such as servo motors, brakes, drivers, encoders, and strain wave gears into a compact, ready-to-use unit, significantly reducing engineering complexity and assembly time. We also offer OEM/ODM manufacturing services for precision transmission components and systems.

The high-voltage M series operates on an AC 220V power supply, while the low-voltage L series operates on a DC 48V power supply. The product size range is from 52 to 170, and customized solutions are supported.
