Barbara Humpton, President & CEO of Siemens Corporation USA, will be a keynote speaker at Automate, sharing how digitalization has transformed manufacturing

Barbara HumptonDETROIT – President and CEO of Siemens USA Barbara Humpton will deliver a keynote address at Automate Wednesday, May 24 at 9 a.m., discussing how data can be used to simulate and optimize quality, cost, sustainability, and overall business success. Automate is the leading automation showcase in North America and is free to attend. 

Humpton guides Siemens in the U.S.—the company’s largest market, which employs approximately 45,000 people serving customers in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and generates $18.6 billion in revenue in 2022.

  • Barbara Humpton, president & CEO, Siemens Corporation USA: Wednesday, May 24, 9-9:45 a.m.
  • Jan Diekmann, technical account manager, Ericsson: Thursday, May 25, 9-9:45 a.m. 

Automate takes place May 22-25 in Detroit, and anyone who works with or is interested in automation can attend for free. Automate 2023 will be the biggest yet, featuring 300,000 square feet of exhibit space, 750+ exhibitors, 25,000 registrants, and valuable learning and networking opportunities. Attendees will see the latest in cutting-edge robotics, vision, artificial intelligence, motion control and related automation technologies.

In conjunction with the free show, the paid Automate Conference will feature accomplished industry professionals giving over 150 talks.
