School Group Registration Request Form - Automate 2022

Automate invites your school to bring Students with Chaperones to the Automate Show, June 9, 2022, at Huntington Place (formerly TCF Center, formerly Cobo Center) in downtown Detroit.

Automate will feature 500+ exhibitors and hundreds of demonstrations of robotics, artificial intelligence, machine vision, motion control and related automation technologies. It is a very exciting show for STEM/STEAM students and allows them to see these technologies at work firsthand.

Thursday, June 9 is our special Workforce Development Day. Students can visit the show and attend a session in the show floor theater on Why to Choose a Career in Automation.

Registration is free. All transportation/parking is the responsibility of the school group. School groups must have 1 adult (21 years old +) chaperone per 10 students. No one under 12 years of age is allowed, no exceptions.

Chaperones must check in at the show registration desk and pick up all pre-printed badges for the group (all parties must wear a badge at all times). Chaperones must stay with their group at all times during the event.

You may register up to 30 students and three chaperones in one form. Please use additional forms if your group is larger than that. We ask that no badges changes be made after May 31, 2022.
